lab3120 — build tracker

Living worklist for the lab3120 publishing platform. The design lives in the architecture doc (linked in frontmatter); this page tracks what’s decided, in flight, and waiting. Webmaster carries the web-surface information architecture until an ARCHITECT class exists.

Open decisions (operator’s call)

• GRAPH silo name — webmaster lead: LYCEUM (learning-house, spans short def + long article, clean on overload). Runner-up: COMPENDIUM. Structure settled: “glossary entry” + “article” become two content-types inside the silo, not the silo name.
• Publish engine — Quartz (Obsidian-native, ships the graph view) vs custom (Eleventy/Astro). Defer until claude-design’s SDK + page work lands; couple to the graph-view decision.
• Remaining silo names — audit the seven against the newcomer 1-second-parse test (STACKS vs LIBRARY collision flagged).

Workstreams (not yet started)

• Publish-engine spike — stand the chosen engine against this vault; prove one ~-staged note routes through to a preview deploy (the end-to-end proof).
• Content-type templates — glossary-entry, article (MDN-grade: codeblocks, cards, callouts), skill, agent-profile, sub-agent-profile, code-release.
• Routing model — ~/_/! prefixes for Obsidian hygiene; publish: true + tags as the actual publish gate.
• FORGE sanitization gate — strip vault refs / node IPs / internal paths / creds before any CC release. Webmaster-owned; a checklist + automated scan. (Load-bearing security gate.)
• Asset pipeline — GALLERIES (images), LIBRARY/STACKS (PDFs): thumbnails + index, alongside the markdown pipe.
• lab3120@git — the public-facing content/sync repo (distinct from the private artificer3120/lab3120-web recovery repo).

Landed (this session, verified)

• lab3120.earth live; Cloudflare Web Analytics collecting.
• analytics.lab3120.earth dashboard live (private slug, server-rendered).

Parked / future

• Agent blogging + Bluesky integration.
